We’ll walk through three simple ways to get your scoreboard up on a TV, along with exactly what gear you need to make it happen.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

  1. A Computer/ Phone or Tablet with a Browser: Your control hub for the scoreboard.
  2. A TV or Monitor for Display: Connect the TV to your computer, or stream to it with a device like Chromecast or Apple TV.

Creating and Displaying Your Scoreboard

Once your TV is set up, here’s how to get the scoreboard up and running:

  1. Create Your Scoreboard: Head to OBScoreboard, sign up and you’re ready to set up.
  2. Customize It:
    1. Next head to OBScoreboard and once you’ve logged in click “Streaming Scoreboard”.
    2. Select the scoreboard’s sport you want to display on your monitor.
    3. Next click Settings and click “Generate Code“.
  3. Get Your Display Link:
    1. Close the Settings Tab and Click “Get Link”.
    2. Select Full Screen in the Position dropdown menu.
    3. Copy the link.
  4. Add the Display to Browser or Chrome Cast: Next you want to paste the generated link in your TV Browser or on another Tab on Your Laptop if you are using your laptop as the display.

That’s it. Your scoreboard is live and ready for the crowd.
